I've had over 28 years of experience in Human Resources and Operations positions. Starting in Operations management with the General Mill's Restaurant Division, I transitioned into a Human Resources career and have had the pleasure of working as a Human Resources Executive for Marriott, Choice Hotels and finally as Vice President - Human Resources for Tollman-Hundley / Trafalgar Tours. These experiences, combined with my skills in recruitment and organizational development, resulted in my decision to open Management Recruiters - Mid Hudson Valley in May, 2003.
